Married from the band called Kills Birds can be viewed as a deep analysis of a shock and strength of the spirit with the vocal of the lead singer Nina Ljeti. The first is “Rabbit” which is an account of the singer’s past which is blunt, thereby and making the rest of the album raw and gritty as well. The music is can be described as grunge with an alt-rock vibe and has a powerful punk attitude of the lyrics as the singer addresses topics such as abuse and strength. Later on, songs like “I Don’t Wanna” and “Sick” all encourage the listeners to participate in Ljeti’s metamorphosis from suffering into power. The presentation is lively, which is appropriate, as the band appears to be very active. To all the listeners, “Married” is about more than music, as the title may suggest, it is music for the mentally married and battling couples, and as a result is appealing.
