”On To Better Things” by Iann Dior can be considered to be a solid, melodic rap song which proves the artist’s development and vision. This album has elements of pop punk with a mix of hip hop which will indeed interest every listener. Responsible for cooperating with Travis Barker in several songs, Dior writes hooks that refer to the past but at the same time can be considered modern. Songs such as “Oblivious” and “Thought It Was” show how Tayo prefects the use of somewhat deep lyrics supported with great chorus, mostly these come from his experiences and that of his friends. Nonetheless, all their efforts are well-polished in production to allow for the audience to decipher Dior’s personality in the entirety of the production. And once again, “On To Better Things” seems to be a testimony of his creative evolution as he encourages his fans to follow him on a better journey.
