It’s clear from the very first riff this track was constructed on the bones of raw energy and unshakable conviction. The guitars howl up with a fiery intensity going from searing leads to punchy driving rhythms, then the basslines groove with a swagger that can’t be ignored. The drums? Relentless—driving the ball forward at paces that don’t relent.
Ultan’s vocals are the perfect match for the unapologetic force of the track, raspy, powerful and dripping with passion. Somehow it is gritty enough to harken back to the no-frills, high octane days of rock at large, while never making it feel like retread.
