The first song from Steak Blake’s band is ‘Reality Shapes’ This is a song that begins by forming conversations with the vocals in addition to post-punk rhythms. I like track which has good guitar, it sounds sharp in direction to the interesting track laying good shades of feeling. And voice is in constant overdrive from the smooth verses to the shouty punk choruses, Steak Blake drags the audience straight into its cocky strut. The song itself can be described as an approach to telling the consequences of comparison culture removing society’s vision of itself from the 3D sphere, transfering it to the 2D plane. Literal interpretation of Rob Slater = ‘Reality Shapes’ was cute/cheerful and had shifting post punk riffs which scream potential of an artist who should know a lot of people.
